We’re pleased to announce our first winner of the quarterly commendation award is BSM Partner Andy Ogborne.

Andy, based in Llanelli has showed fantastic commitment and service levels over this quarter and is a thoroughly deserving winner.

The overall feedback we received from pupils ranged from how patient, understanding and how much of a good listener  he is.  Andy’s pupils also commented on his friendly, professional and calm manner during their lessons, behaviours which are consistent with our brand values.

We really value and appreciate the hard work our Partners put in to help grow the BSM brand. In recognition of this, we will be crediting his account with £100.

Andy has also just done an interview with intelligent instructor on the android car entertainment system! Read Andy’s review here :

We’ll be running the quarterly competition based on the amount of commendations we receive for individual instructors around the UK moving forward.
