Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to any part of the Site or the entire Site. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. When using the Site, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on the Site must always be acknowledged. You may print off one copy and may download extracts of any page(s) from the Site for your personal reference. If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Site and any other site that we operate, will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. The material displayed on the Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Terms and conditions of BSM’s promotion competition, whereby customers booking driving lessons with BSM are automatically entered into a raffle and may win an iPad (the "Promotion")

1. The Promotion is available only to new customers of BSM who book driving lessons with BSM during the period from 24th May for 8 weeks (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking the driving lessons for the Promotion to apply.
3. Upon full payment for lessons being made, the customer [shall be assigned a unique number, which shall] be entered into a raffle (the “Raffle”), which shall be independently drawn without reference to personal customer data.
4. The Raffle shall be drawn on each working day during the Promotion Period and each day one person shall be awarded an Apple iPad, or such alternative prize as may be offered in accordance with clause 6 (the “Prize”)
5. BSM shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that customers shall be notified within 48 hours of the relevant Raffle that they have won the Prize. Customers will not be notified if they have not won the Prize.
6. BSM shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Prize be delivered to the winning customers within 90 days of the Raffle.
7. Any customer details, including personal data, obtained shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended) and shall not be used for any other purpose than for identification to determine entitlement to the Prize.
8. The Promotion is subject to availability and BSM reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative without prior notice.
9. The Promotion is only available to new customers of BSM or previous customers who have not taken a lesson within the last 6 months.
10. The Promotion is not available to anyone currently taking driving lessons with a BSM instructor.
11. The Promotion is only valid for customers booking driving lessons in the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
12. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available by BSM from time to time.
13. BSM reserves the right to vary the terms of the Promotion and/or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice.
14. The usual terms and conditions applicable to BSM driving lessons shall apply to driving lessons booked under this Promotion.

Terms and conditions of BSM’s promotion of a discounted rate bulk lesson purchase (the "Offer")

1. The Offer is valid on the purchase of 10 hours or more of driving lessons in a manual car, paid for in one payment.
2. A £2 surcharge shall be added to each driving lesson of 1 hour duration taken in an automatic car.
3. Full payment must be made at the time of booking the lessons for the Offer to apply.
4. Lessons booked after the initial 10 hours using the Offer may vary.
5. The Offer is only available to new customers of BSM or previous customers who have not taken a lesson within the last 6 months.
6. The Offer is not available to anyone currently taking lessons with a BSM instructor.
7. No refunds will be made in the case of non-use of lessons booked under the Offer for any reason.
8. The Offer prices will vary by area, please contact us for details and full terms and conditions.
9. The Offer is only valid for driving lessons in the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
10. The Offer is valid from 24 May 2010 for 8 weeks ending on 12 July 2010 (inclusive).
11. Bookings for automatic or manual driving lessons are eligible, although in accordance with clause 1, a surcharge will be levied on driving lessons in an automatic car.
12. Lessons are normally of 2 hours duration. Lessons of 1 hour duration are available on request subject to instructor availability.
13. The Offer is subject to availability.
14. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available by BSM from time to time.
15. Driving lessons booked under the Offer must be redeemed within 3 months of booking and making payment.
16. BSM reserves the right to vary the terms of this offer and/or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
