A Variable Fee Franchise gives you added flexibility in the hours you work. It's a great option for a career that genuinely fits around your life.

Full or part time – You can choose to work full time if you can commit to teach at least 25 hours per week – or part time if you'd prefer a minimum of 15 hours. The franchise fee is directly linked to the number of hours you work.

The same support – Variable Fee instructors enjoy the same BSM support package including the private use of a BSM tuition car seven days a week and help with finding learners.

With the Associate Franchise (AFI) and the BSM brand behind you, finding learners is made easy.

You're in the driving seat

For £166 per week you can become an Associate Franchise Instructor and get a streamlined BSM support package (including the car). If you'd like to take on extra pupils, you can, for an additional, percentage-based fee.

As an AFI you can look forward to free BSM CPD training and a fee-free week at Christmas. Plus after 12 months as a BSM franchisee – there's another two fee-free weeks to take at any time.

MOD instructors, set hours and all your pupils in one location

We're looking for ADIs to help teach MOD employees in the South, South West and North East. You'll be providing intensive courses for Army recruits, usually from one location. But that's not the end of the benefits, you'll also enjoy:
