Holiday & loyalty benefits – The longer you stay on a BSM franchise, the lower the fee becomes. It's our way of rewarding you. With the prestige partner franchise you get 2 franchise free weeks, no matter when you join us. After 2 years service you will get

Save with fee-free weeks– With the Prestige Partner Franchise, you get two franchise free weeks, no matter when you join us. Then after 2 years service you will get another one fee-free week that you can use any time through the year. And after four years, you'll get one more fee-free week. A Standard Franchise gives you a different option to the prestige franchise, where the fee is at a lower cost but for each pupil allocated you will be charged. The charge for pupils is between £20 & £40 depending on the amount of hours the pupil has purchased. You will still be in the cab rank system and benefit from free standard cover on sickness and accident along with Loyalty discount.

The same support – Prestige and Standard franchisee instructors enjoy including the private use of a BSM tuition car seven days a week, help with finding learners (Standard at a charge), and business management support. The BSM Standard Franchise gives you the option to change to the BSM Prestige Franchise at any point.

At BSM we recognise many instructors like or need to get some experience under their belt prior to taking their part 3 exam. To support this we have introduced a PDI only franchise model that gives PDI’s the opportunity to run a business while still learning.

How does it work?

You will get a similar package to our standard franchise but you will benefit from a reduced franchise fee to help you start your business. However as pupils and parents are made aware of your PDI status and you are not a qualified driving instructor yet, you will have to charge lower rated for tuition than fully qualified instrucors.

You will benefit from the BSM training support. Your focus should be on gaining more experience and passing your part 3
