Delivery details
All orders will be dispatched via a courier service and are subject to the following delivery costs:
- £3.99 for all goods (courier service). Including insurance.
Please ensure you have your postcode correct on your order. Should you not receive the goods within five days (dependent on seasonal fluctuation) please only contact the helpline after you have contacted your local post office for undelivered parcels. Some orders may not fit through the post box dependent on quantity. Should your goods be damaged during delivery we will arrange a pickup and re-issue of new goods upon receipt at no additional customer cost. Credits for returned items will be held against future orders in normal circumstances: credits to credit or debit cards can only be made to the card used for the original purchase.
Security online
All online purchases through this site will be through a secure server RBS Worldpay. At no time will card details be kept on the system. You will be prompted through your purchase at several times that you are on a secure connection to reassure you.
