Mark Giugno from Luton joined BSM five years ago and is now a BSM Franchise Instructor. He's passionate about his career with BSM. "I want to be the best driving instructor and I'm working with the best driving school there is."
Mark is now one of BSM's regional award winners. Last year, he had no fails and reached 26 consecutive passes and a 100% pass rate, winning him a trip with BSM to Salzburg to view the new Corsa. He attributes his success to enthusiasm and the training and support he receives from BSM.
"BSM is second to none for its training and support packages. It's the only training school to my knowledge that gives continuous free training once an instructor has become fully qualified. It also has courses on how to run your business and you can book all these sessions around your diary when it's convenient for you. The instructors are brilliant, they've all been on the front line and have so much experience, they can help you with good advice."
