Continuing Professional Development
Once you're a qualified driving instructor, it's important that you continue to hone your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. At BSM, we have a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme designed to help you do just that. During 2008 it will be compulsory for all driving instructors to demonstrate that they continue to develop their skills and knowledge. With BSM you get CPD training free of charge as part of your instructor franchise*.
Keeping your skills up-to-date
As with any profession, it's important that you keep up-to-date, especially if you want to remain at the forefront of the industry you work in. As a qualified ADI you've reached the standard needed to pass the initial exams but you can continue to develop and improve. What's more, if you're working on a BSM Franchise, we'll help you. From 2008 it will become compulsory for all driving instructors to take CPD training to help develop a range of skills - and at BSM we're already one step ahead.
