After 20 years working in insurance, Geoff Skerratt from Enfield made the change to BSM and has never looked back. Bringing freedom and flexibility into his life while doing something he enjoys, he feels he's definitely on the right track.

Geoff has been a driving instructor with BSM for four years and is very happy with his franchise deal. He hires his car from BSM and the BSM team book his appointments and manage his diary efficiently. They also organise the driving tests and handle all the payments, leaving him to get on with what he enjoys most, teaching pupils to drive.

"The service BSM provides is worth its weight in gold. It takes away all the hassle of paperwork and booking appointments, so I can get on and teach. But I still have the flexibility of running my own business," says Geoff.

"Originally I trained with the Instructor College, but for the final exams I moved over to BSM where the standard was significantly better. I'm glad I made the switch. Working with BSM brings so many benefits and an excellent back-up service." If he has any problems, he knows the support team will deal with them quickly. This is important in a car breakdown situation, where BSM saved the day for one of Geoff's pupils about to take a driving test. "The car broke down about an hour before the test and a new car was there well in time for them to take it!"
