With First Pass Bonus, each time one of your pupils passes first time you could earn an extra £20. And, depending on how your average pass rate compares to your local DSA average, you'll receive Pass Reward payments that can be worth an additional £1200 each year.
Expand your skills and earn more
Depending on your experience, you'll have the opportunity to progress to become a Senior Instructor, which means you can coach newer colleagues. You can also become a Mock Test Instructor for other instructors' pupils. Both of these positions attract greater earnings.
