A Variable Fee Franchise gives you added flexibility to vary the number of hours that you teach.
Part-time or full-time
A Variable Fee Franchise allows you to choose the number of hours that suit you. You can choose to work full-time if you're available to teach at least 25 hours per week or part-time if you'd prefer a minimum of 15 hours a week. In both cases the franchise fee is directly linked to the number of hours you work.

Variable Fee instructors enjoy the BSM support package, including the private use of a BSM tuition car seven days a week and help with new learner recruitment.
How much could you earn?

Of course, how much you earn will vary depending on factors such as the number of hours you teach each week, the price you charge for lessons and the quality of your instruction.
