BSM franchising
The Associate Franchise (AFI) gives you the freedom to generate your own supply of learners, with the backing of the BSM brand to help you attract them.
You're in the driving seat
If you'd prefer to take the lead in sourcing your own learners, then you can choose to be an Associate Franchise instructor. For a fixed weekly fee of £160 per week you'll get a streamlined BSM support package (including the car), plus you'll gain from using the BSM brand to attract learners. And, if you find you have time for even more pupils, we can supply them for an additional fee per learner, which is a percentage of each hourly lesson they take.
Also included in our AFI package
Associate Instructors also get a fee-free week at Christmas and, having completed 12 months as a BSM franchisee, they are entitled to a further two fee-free weeks to take at any point in the year. As with Fixed Fee instructors, these entitlements are allocated on 1st June each year. You will also have free access to the core range of BSM CPD training; other courses are available but fees may apply.
How much could you earn?
BSM gives you some of the best earnings opportunities and incentives in the industry. Of course, how much you earn will vary depending on factors such as the number of hours you teach each week, the price you charge for lessons and the quality of your instruction. Unlike some driving schools, at BSM we won't mislead you with headlines based on unrealistic and vague earning figures.
