Sales and Service Advisers
Friendly, efficient and informative, you're just the person to help our customers who ring to find out more about driving lessons. Whether you're talking to an advanced driver or a nervous beginner, a future instructor or an existing customer, you'll match each person with the right solution - and in the process smash targets. It's not about the number of calls you take, it's about their quality. In these roles, we'll give you time to really get to know your customers and help them make the right choices.
For these Bristol-based roles you'll be educated to at least GCSE Level (or equivalent), have basic keyboard skills and some experience in a customer focused role. You'll be a good listener and a persuasive talker, and give each customer an exceptional experience that reinforces a positive view of BSM. You'll also have the attention to detail to adhere to our admin systems, and the drive to keep sales and service levels high.
Sales and Service Team Leaders
At BSM, we don't believe in the 'hard sell'. Of course we want to achieve, even smash, our targets. But we want to do it in a way that reflects the RAC brand, one that's famed for its integrity. That's why you'll ensure that your sales team's approach is based on an in-depth knowledge of our products and services. And that they can match each customer's needs with the motoring solutions that are just right for them.
For this Bristol-based role you'll ideally have previous experience in a sales and customer facing environment. During this time, you'll have proved that you know how to develop a team and exceed sales targets. You'll be a highly organised person, with the ability to plan and co-ordinate your team's activities and understand the role technology plays in running an efficient operation.
